Final adjustements for CommandSearchByParameter view

• Remove option to remove entrypoints or target when in d3 mode
• Main button should have a max size of 100%, not 5/6.
• Buttons text does overflow!
• Search bar has higher z-Index than the Header
• Maybe try a drag and drop interface instead of buttons (https://react-dnd.github.io/react-dnd/about) (maybe in a new subbranch?)
